XOR protection raises the cost of selective withholding; it cannot stop a gateway from dropping all or random work.
Start the Kachie build with run-kachie.sh so its persistent identity and found-block recovery files are configured. Stock startup fallback jobs omit the complete split and are rejected.

Both paths share the newest accepted work totaling eight network blocks. A block does not reset the window. The Bonus comes from 0.5% of Traditional gross rewards and is shared by eligible DATUM work. One address can mine through both paths and receive one combined output. Satoshi rounding is deterministic; read the payout terms.
Set up your gateway
- Run Bitcoin Knots. Sync the BLAKE2b chain with
server=1. Give the gateway private RPC access using a cookie or RPC credentials. - Build the Kachie gateway. Extract the download and follow
KACHIE.mdto install dependencies and build it. - Create your private config. Run
python3 kachie-setup.py --address YOUR_XBT_ADDRESS --rpc-cookie /absolute/path/to/.cookie --listen YOUR_LAN_IP. This createsprivate/gateway.json, a persistent gateway identity and a private candidate directory. Keep the identity across restarts. - Connect your miners. Run
./run-kachie.shand use the miner settings below. Check that the pool accepts your shares.

vardiff_min: 4096sets the starting difficulty and floor; it rises for faster miners. The target is 2 shares per minute.pool_pass_full_users: trueforwards the miner’s full address and worker name. Use the intended payout address on every miner.pooled_mining_only: truestops mining when the pool connection fails.
